Nav Lalli is a compassionate and dedicated registered clinical counsellor who holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Yorkville University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise from diverse perspectives, Nav firmly believes that each person possesses a compelling and valuable story that deserves to be heard and understood. As the Founder and Director of Magnolia Health and Wellness, Dr. Janine Orlando, Ph.D., RCC-ACS, is dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being through a biopsychosocial approach. She also serves in key leadership roles as a member of the Board of Directors for the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and as the Founder and Director of the Canadian Therapist Network Inc.

With almost three decades of experience in education and counselling, Dr. Orlando brings extensive expertise to her work. Her background includes roles as both a school counsellor and teacher across multiple Lower Mainland school districts. She is a trained EMDR therapist, practices somatic attachment psychotherapy, and is currently studying the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, allowing her to support clients with trauma and complex mental health concerns through evidence-based, integrative methods.

Since establishing her private practice in 2004, Dr. Orlando has supported individuals navigating a wide range of personal and mental health challenges. Her commitment to advancing the counselling profession is further reflected in her role as a sessional professor in the School Counselling course within the Master of Education program at Simon Fraser University (SFU), where she teaches counselling theory and practice to future educators and counsellors.
