Nav Lalli is a compassionate and dedicated registered clinical counsellor who holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Yorkville University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria. As the Founder and Director of Magnolia Health and Wellness, Dr. Janine Orlando, Ph.D., RCC-ACS, is dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic well-being through a biopsychosocial approach. She also serves in key leadership roles as a member of the Board of Directors for the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and as the Founder and Director of the Canadian Therapist Network Inc.
With almost three decades of experience in education and counselling, Dr. Orlando brings extensive expertise to her work. Her background includes roles as both a school counsellor and teacher across multiple Lower Mainland school districts. She is a trained EMDR therapist, practices somatic attachment psychotherapy, and is currently studying the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, allowing her to support clients with trauma and complex mental health concerns through evidence-based, integrative methods.
Since establishing her private practice in 2004, Dr. Orlando has supported individuals navigating a wide range of personal and mental health challenges. Her commitment to advancing the counselling profession is further reflected in her role as a sessional professor in the School Counselling course within the Master of Education program at Simon Fraser University (SFU), where she teaches counselling theory and practice to future educators and counsellors.
In addition, Dr. Orlando has served for several years as Vice President of a Lower Mainland Teachers’ Association. This leadership role enables her to advocate for educator well-being while contributing to the development of healthy, supportive learning environments.

Ashlin Pandher is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She holds a Master of Counselling and is passionate about supporting emotional well-being, personal growth, and meaningful change through compassionate, client-centred care.
Ashlin has experience providing individual and group counselling to youth and adults in both school-based and community settings.
